    Gh0st IT Solutions provides a variety of information technology services (\u201cServices\u201d) to customers in Australia. The Services may include website design, website hosting, email hosting, server support, software development, data recovery and other related services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    By accessing or using any Gh0st IT Solutions services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to read and understand these terms before using Gh0st IT Solutions services. If the customer disagrees with any of these terms, they should not access or use the services or the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fees<\/strong>
    The customer agrees to pay Gh0st IT Solutions all applicable fees relating to the services. Fees will be billed on a recurring basis until the services are terminated and or changed. Gh0st IT Solutions reserves the right to change its fees at any time. The customer is responsible for all taxes imposed on services or related goods and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    The customer will pay all fees when they are due. If payment is not made on time, Gh0st IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Ownership and Intellectual Property<\/strong>
    All of the services provided by Gh0st IT Solutions and all designs, content, software, databases and related material remain the sole property of Gh0st IT Solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Confidentiality<\/strong>
    Gh0st IT Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed to it during the provision of services. Gh0st IT Solutions may only use such confidential information for the purposes of managing or providing services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Privacy and Policy<\/strong>
    The customer agrees to be bound by Gh0st IT Solutions\u2019s Privacy and Policy statement, as amended from time to time. The customer should read the Privacy and Policy statement before accessing or using the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Limitation Of Liability<\/strong>
    Gh0st IT Solutions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the services or website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Termination Of Services<\/strong>
    The customer may terminate services at any time. If services are terminated, Gh0st IT Solutions will provide a refund for any fees paid for the service, which have not been used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Governing Law<\/strong>
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Entire Agreement<\/strong>
    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Gh0st IT Solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
